ORDER PROCESS
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Orders received after 12 pm Friday will be processed the following Monday. Production will begin once payment has been verified. Standard items in stock will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

Custom items may require an additional 7-14 business days depending on the size of the order.
 

ONLINE
Our online ordering system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All information is protected by a secure server. Acrylics For Greeks accepts all major credit cards.

​CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number on file with your bank). Incorrect information will result in a delay in processing your order. Please do not send credit card information via email.

​MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, PERSONAL CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS
We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

​AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
Usually, products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days except for weekends and major holidays. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and the subsequent shipping date.

​SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Ground. USPS will be used when delivering to P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office). We do NOT ship COD.

​ORDER TRACKING
To track your package, use the tracking number emailed to you. If you cannot find your tracking number, you can call or email to request your tracking number.

​CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests will only be considered on custom orders if production of the product has not begun. All cancellation requests must be made by the person who originated the order and all cancellation requests must be confirmed by either email or fax. Please email requests to orders@acrylicsforgreeks.com Please address all correspondence RE: Order Cancellation. Please include the date of your order, the person to whom you spoke, and the reason for canceling your order.

DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES
In the event that the carrier does not deliver your package, a claim should first be filed with the carrier. Please notify Acrylics For Greeks of any packages you do not receive. We will make our best attempt to reconcile the situation with the carrier. If the carrier is unsuccessful in locating the package, the item(s) will be replaced or money refunded. In the event that the customer receives the package and the item(s) have been damaged, contact us within 2 business days of receipt of the package. We will then provide the customer with the proper authorization to return the package. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the package will be returned to Acrylics For Greeks. The customer will be charged for any additional shipping charges for resending the package. The customer is also responsible for any additional shipping charges that result from incorrect address information.

RETURNS
Custom items are non-returnable. We will gladly accept the return of non-custom items within 30 days of date of delivery. Returns must be preauthorized and a RMA # issued prior to the return or it will not be accepted. Email or call for instructions. Mistakes we make that result in shipping incorrect items or customizing will be replaced at no additional cost. For all other returns, there will be no refunds for shipping and handling.

​TAXES
Acrylic For Greeks will automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders in your state.
